The 20ft x 20ft High Peak Frame Tent is a perfect way to add some instant shade or covered area to your party. This impressive tent with its high peak frame is what you need for that large event! The 20ft x 20ft event tent provides you with 400ft² of covered area. It can fit up to 8 tables and up to 64 folding chairs for your guests. Add some lights and make the space even more magical. We also have side walls available if weather is an issue for your event, at an additional cost.

It creates an easy way to set out food, gift tables, or a good place for your guests to sit down to eat in the shade. The white canopy top is water resistant but can start to leak in heavy downpours; therefore, it is not recommended for use during bad weather. Insurance Policy: We carry a 2 million dollar insurance policy above the minimum required for all parks, schools and churches.

Rental Period: Standard rental rate is up to 6 hours of guaranteed time. The actual time on-site may vary depending on delivery schedule.

Setup Area: The area must be free of all debris, obstructions and pet feces.

Attendants: At least 1 adult must supervise the equipment at all times while in use.

Equipment Setup: PartyZone will setup and breakdown equipment, additional fees depending on setup surface type.
